In the 10th match minute, Italy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sigfrido Auletta to maneuver through the defense. In the 15thth minute of the game Nereo Luke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Italy's Flavio Vittori was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nereo Luke in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavio Vittori saved Italy from getting behind. Bobby Pires's late challenge caught a Italy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bobby Pires helped the player get up and apologised. Nereo Luke received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Flavio Vittori came out and tried to block the shot, but Nereo Luke slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 21st minute. Zaccheo Andolina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Nizam Soner made a huge save. 54 minutes into the match, !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU's goalkeeper Nizam Soner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zaccheo Andolina. In the 55th minute Sigfrido Auletta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nizam Soner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zaccheo Andolina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Siricio Liotta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ahmet Sedat Gilşah hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Italy defense, Nereo Luke kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flavio Vittori. The Italy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flavio Vittori should have stopped the shot. 77 minutes into the game, Ahmet Sedat Gilşah threw the ball into play from the sideline. Italy's Siricio Liotta quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Zaccheo Andolina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Italy's supporters rose to their feet, but Zaccheo Andolina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nizam Soner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With an all-out effort, Italy's Nizam Soner threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Adriano Curto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU's Mehmet Bedri Orcan got a free kick in the 87th minute. Adriano Curto scored 2-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nizam Soner, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 96th minute, Adriano Curto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nizam Soner was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Italy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
