Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Chris Nygaard took the kick off in the first half of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Chris Nygaard notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Scarlet Speedster's Cafu Toledo. Cafu Toledo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th minute, Lars Steen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mané da Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Cafu Toledo came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Denmark's Chris Nygaard. But to his dismay, Chris Nygaard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 19th minute, Chris Nygaard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cafu Toledo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Bertram Svenningsen scored 5-0 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cafu Toledo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 31 minutes into the match, Scarlet Speedster's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Cafu Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Virgílio Perez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cafu Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 37th minute of the match. Simon Bendtsen hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Virgílio Perez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Virgílio Perez was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Ronaldão Lucas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Scarlet Speedster's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Denmark the free kick. Ronaldão Lucas kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Mané da Costa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Keld Paulsen having to make a save. Cafu Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Simon Bendtsen put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Cafu Toledo. Keld Paulsen made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Virgílio Perez sent off a good shot on target. In the 70th minute Bertram Svenningsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cafu Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Scarlet Speedster's zone, Chris Nygaard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cafu Toledo came out of the goal and Chris Nygaard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Fernando Freire's late challenge caught a Denmark's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Fernando Freire helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Denmark booed when Scarlet Speedster was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Fernando Freire didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute, Mané da Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Virgílio Perez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Keld Paulsen made a huge save. Cafu Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Steen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Scarlet Speedster getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Virgílio Perez hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Scarlet Speedster's zone, Bertram Svenningsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cafu Toledo came out of the goal and Bertram Svenningsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The goalkeeper, Keld Paulsen, was totally fooled by Scarlet Speedster's Mané da Costa, who 90 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Cafu Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Steen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Chris Nygaard came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Denmark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chris Nygaard couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Denmark fully deserved thier win.
