Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jefferson Terra started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Gary Levine cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Keld Paulsen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 15 minutes, Bertram Svenningsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertram Svenningsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Chris Nygaard hit a great ball. It was beautiful to see Conakry FC's Fernan Pierres in action when he in the 48th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Chris Nygaard made the kick off in the second half. Silvio Ortle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertram Svenningsen in the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Marian Czekaj made a precise shot to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Silvio Ortle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Chris Nygaard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Keld Paulsen made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Cyrus Bradley sent off a good shot on target. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Conakry FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
