Korkut Urza struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Flavio Vittori didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KPO BIZARRO. In the 26th minute, Zaccheo Andolina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Italy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Korkut Urza in the 29th minute of play. The supporters of KPO BIZARRO booed when Italy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Cutri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nigel Cold got a throw-in 41 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Silverio Quiroga. 48 minutes into the match, KPO BIZARRO's goal looked a bit too open when Sigfrido Auletta came free, but Candido Mercurio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Korkut Urza made a kick off. Candido Mercurio came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Italy's Zaccheo Andolina. But to his dismay, Zaccheo Andolina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 56 minutes into the match, KPO BIZARRO's goalkeeper Candido Mercurio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zaccheo Andolina. In the 58th minute of the match, Zaccheo Andolina got a very nice opportunity to score, but Candido Mercurio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by KPO BIZARRO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sigfrido Auletta was slow to take the kick. During this time Italy's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Eliseo Cutri got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Candido Mercurio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A hard shot 61 in the game by Zaccheo Andolina from a close distance when the talented Candido Mercurio managed to make a qualified save. KPO BIZARRO's players were relieved.
