The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luís Paulo Paiva was the one to do the kick off. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Ramiro Bertassi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 55th minute of play. The Hungary fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Hungary's Antal Valentin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Ramiro Bertassi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. After 87 minutes of play, Hungary's Major Barna made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ramiro Bertassi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Major Barna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ramiro Bertassi having to make a save. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
