Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Boran Kızılateş started the match with the kick off. Epifanio Oliverio came free with the goalkeeper in the 4th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Arnout Reekers could save by the left post. Cero Descensos F.C. were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Netherlands's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Boran Kızılateş took the corner. After taking down the ball on Cero Descensos F.C.'s corner Boran Kızılateş fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arnout Reekers quite easily take care of the ball. Rigoberto Chus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cero Descensos F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Netherlands's corner Lars Meesters fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rigoberto Chus quite easily take care of the ball. Gijsbert ter Kruimer struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Rigoberto Chus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. In the 16th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Chus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 23rd minute of play forced Cero Descensos F.C.'s goalkeeper Rigoberto Chus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Wim Wilmes came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wim Wilmes couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 30th minute of play forced Cero Descensos F.C.'s goalkeeper Rigoberto Chus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wim Wilmes kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Epifanio Oliverio in the 32nd minute. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Cero Descensos F.C.'s Eric Oost got a free kick in the 36th minute. Rigoberto Chus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. When Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cero Descensos F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. 44 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rigoberto Chus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1.

The wind increased when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off in the second half. Rigoberto Chus made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Rigoberto Chus made a huge save. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Cero Descensos F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. Timos Mitrofanis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Boran Kızılateş's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnout Reekers was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. When the final whistle sounded Netherlands left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cero Descensos F.C..
