When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. Germany's Adrian Dreifuss managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Matias Moreno in the 81 minute of the game. Germany's Albin Holweck got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martín Ulloa in the 87th minute of play. Sven Krakouer charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sven Krakouer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Sven Krakouer hit a great ball. After having played for 90 minutes, Giancarlo Mora managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Giancarlo Mora was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martín Ulloa in the 93rd minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Germany players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
