In the 10th minute of the match, Simão Queiroz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Khalid Kennedy saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Rony Penha hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Kyle Cox sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 13 played minutes GAÚCHO FC got a freekick which was hit by Duda Mota. The supporters of GAÚCHO FC booed when England was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavier Gallagher didn't get a good kick on the ball. Issac Dawson took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lenílson de Medeiros. Lenílson de Medeiros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 19th match minute, England was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavier Gallagher to maneuver through the defense. After 23 minutes of play, England's Issac Dawson made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lenílson de Medeiros was left in no man's land by his defense there! 26 minutes into the match, Kyle Cox notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of GAÚCHO FC's Lenílson de Medeiros. Lenílson de Medeiros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lenílson de Medeiros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Issac Dawson went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Kyle Cox struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Lenílson de Medeiros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for England. In the 37th minute, Micah Macdonald left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The England fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. In the 42nd minute, Issac Dawson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lenílson de Medeiros was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. The GAÚCHO FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. England were winning 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kyle Cox was the one to do the kick off. Micah Macdonald could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Lenílson de Medeiros made a huge save. In the 60th minute, Kyle Cox ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lenílson de Medeiros was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. If Micah Macdonald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lenílson de Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Issac Dawson, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After a defensive mix-up in GAÚCHO FC's zone, Caelan Hayes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lenílson de Medeiros came out of the goal and Caelan Hayes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lenílson de Medeiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Cox, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to GAÚCHO FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Charles Tande hit a great ball. Lenílson de Medeiros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th minute, England's Issac Dawson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. England's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
