Doğanyurt FK's Ahmet Vefik Safa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 14th minute of play. Antal Valentin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet Vefik Safa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timur Sarphan in the 24th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Ozan Demiray. After 33 minutes of play, Hungary's Antal Valentin made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Vefik Safa was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Balazs Lajos during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Doğanyurt FK booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Balazs Lajos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Ahmet Vefik Safa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 45th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Vefik Safa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Vefik Safa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takacs Tibor in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmet Ozan Demiray to make the kick off. After having played for 58 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ahmet Vefik Safa made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. 62 minutes into the match, Doğanyurt FK's goal looked a bit too open when Takacs Tibor came free, but Ahmet Vefik Safa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Doğanyurt FK's Ahmet Vefik Safa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Doğanyurt FK from getting a goal against them. 76 minutes into the match, Hungary's Major Barna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Vefik Safa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Balazs Lajos came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ahmet Vefik Safa could save by the left post. After having played for 88 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Ahmet Vefik Safa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Doğanyurt FK's Ahmet Vefik Safa got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Major Barna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ahmet Vefik Safa.
