Ma Zheng Yuan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ubarna Marcos got free with Tommy Kahn in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Remigio Jungejohan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. 14 minutes into the match, ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Clemente Savier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Malte Schiele hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute of the match Rodrigo Barrera sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn skillfully saved the ball. In the 18th minute, Ubarna Marcos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the last second Tommy Kahn throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ubarna Marcos in the 21stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubarna Marcos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ubarna Marcos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Tommy Kahn stood somewhat misplaced when Ubarna Marcos came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 33 minute. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Rodrigo Barrera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Rodrigo Barrera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Dreifuss to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the game, Ubarna Marcos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tommy Kahn. Ubarna Marcos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ubarna Marcos in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ubarna Marcos to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Chris Mergenthaler. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ubarna Marcos in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 60th minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 60 minutes into the match, ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Clemente Savier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Ubarna Marcos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s Marcelo Salas was substituted for Rodrigo Barrera. ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s Cristopher Damian was substituted for Remigio Jungejohan. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubarna Marcos in the 71st minute of play. Edilberto Bustillos made in the 73rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Gabriel Olivar however managed to control. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristopher Damian, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Edilberto Bustillos hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Clemente Savier in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 89 played minutes ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣ got a freekick which was hit by Isadoro Lurquín. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ubarna Marcos in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s Edilberto Bustillos got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When the referee ended the match the ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
