After 30 minutes of play, Scarlet Speedster's Fausto Mendonça made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 40th minute, 龚棋岩 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 龚棋岩 during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th match minute, Scarlet Speedster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 龚棋岩 to maneuver through the defense. Scarlet Speedster's Christiano Fonseca was substituted for Romário Pinheiro. The supporters of England booed when Scarlet Speedster was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. 龚棋岩 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Scarlet Speedster were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kyle Cox stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Naldo Proença took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Micah Macdonald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Mendonça in the 67th minute of play forced England's goalkeeper Khalid Kennedy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 69 in the game by Fausto Mendonça from a close distance when the talented Khalid Kennedy managed to make a qualified save. England's players were relieved. A collision led to Scarlet Speedster getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. 龚棋岩 hit a great ball. Khalid Kennedy was a little too slow when Fausto Mendonça got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 0-8. The Scarlet Speedster fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Scarlet Speedster's Fausto Mendonça looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-9 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Scarlet Speedster's Naldo Proença played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Issac Dawson in the 95th minute of play. Scarlet Speedster's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
