Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Germany's Frank Sachs started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kazimierz Konopka took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by HeBr United's 崔崇广. But to his dismay, 崔崇广 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. HeBr United's Kazimierz Konopka got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. HeBr United's Gilberto Dionísio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Holweck in the 22nd minute of play. The Germany fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Germany's Frank Sachs looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luiz Paulo Domingues in the 34th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 崔崇广. After 46 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Paulinho MacLaren who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Paulinho MacLaren got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tommy Kahn quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kazimierz Konopka was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilberto Dionísio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kazimierz Konopka in the 58th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, HeBr United's Luiz Paulo Domingues got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 63rd minute Kazimierz Konopka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in HeBr United's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilberto Dionísio came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, 崔崇广 managed to get in a good position for a shot. HeBr United's supporters rose to their feet, but 崔崇广 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 76th minute, Sebastião Paes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Kazimierz Konopka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. In the 87th minute Paulinho MacLaren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albin Holweck kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Malte Schiele during the 94th minute.
