Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Marco Assendelft started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Szekeres Tamas hit a great ball. In the 9th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudolf Meulman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rudolf Meulman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Assendelft, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rudolf Meulman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 23rd minute of the match. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Rudolf Meulman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 31st minute of play forced De hijgende Hertjes's goalkeeper Rudolf Meulman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Assendelft, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alex Belém who took care of the corner kick. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alex Belém was slow to take the kick. During this time De hijgende Hertjes's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Hans Bulder almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel did a great save. After 40 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alex Belém who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on De hijgende Hertjes's corner Robert Mos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fodor Daniel quite easily take care of the ball. Marco Assendelft hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After 46 played minutes De hijgende Hertjes got a freekick which was hit by Hans Haan. In the 47th minute of the match Antal Valentin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rudolf Meulman skillfully saved the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
The wind increased when Antal Valentin made the kick off in the second half. Mehmet Akif Okutman hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 52nd minute of play forced De hijgende Hertjes's goalkeeper Rudolf Meulman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by De hijgende Hertjes's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Major Barna got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rudolf Meulman quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The crowd rose to their feet as Major Barna kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rudolf Meulman. That made the score 0-1 in the 62 minute of play. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Rudolf Meulman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. 74 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Assendelft came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Marco Assendelft notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Hungary's Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Rudolf Meulman in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hungary were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
