Unterrudling
Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) FC Unterrudling's Arjen Robben started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute of the match, Steffen Mühlfort tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fodor Daniel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Hubert Villa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. A collision led to FC Unterrudling getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Heinz-Dieter Degner hit a great ball. In the 12th minute, Major Barna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hubert Villa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Arjen Robben fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Unterrudling's protests and gave Arjen Robben a yellow card for diving instead. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hubert Villa having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 19th minute of play forced FC Unterrudling's goalkeeper Hubert Villa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Hungary's Major Barna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hubert Villa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Major Barna might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hubert Villa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Major Barna ran back to his position shaking his head. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, FC Unterrudling's Fodor Daniel threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dominic-Simon Nikolic, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after FC Unterrudling's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. The corner led Hungary's Antal Valentin to fire away a dangerous shot which Hubert Villa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After having played for 51 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arjen Robben's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Antal Valentin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 57thth minute, Hubert Villa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Unterrudling's goalkeeper Hubert Villa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 69th minute Arjen Robben shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Balazs Lajos to maneuver through the defense. Heinz-Dieter Degner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ingo Kuster's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ingo Kuster helped the player get up and apologised. After 94 played minutes FC Unterrudling got a freekick which was hit by Ingo Kuster. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Unterrudling.
