Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) An unexpected shot in the 7th minute by Vinicio Bermudo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Vinicio Bermudo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Wilson Amorim 9 minutes into the match. Tenorio Urrue could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. Guararapes's Vinicio Bermudo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 12th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 18thth minute of the game Viriato Moura who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guararapes's Romeu Guedes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vinicio Bermudo scored 3-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Romeu Guedes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Moreira in the 23rd minute of play. Guararapes's Romeu Guedes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 24th minute of play. Guararapes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipe Barreto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. 47 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Bermudo came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Felipe Barreto struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Romeu Guedes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portugal. Romeu Guedes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipe Barreto in the 56th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Vinicio Bermudo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vinicio Bermudo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Felipe Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 60 minutes into the match, Guararapes's goalkeeper Romeu Guedes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Barreto. Romeu Guedes was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Felipe Barreto. Romeu Guedes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Pimentel, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 64th minute, Daniel Pimentel made a precise shot to the right of Romeu Guedes. Guararapes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 74th minute of play forced Guararapes's goalkeeper Romeu Guedes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felipinho Amorim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guararapes's João Francisco Machado was substituted for Cristiano Lago. Guararapes's Romeu Guedes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabricio Andrade in the 84th minute of play. Romeu Guedes made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Felipinho Amorim sent off a good shot on target. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guararapes's Gabirel Barbosa was substituted for Ragıp Işık. 94 minutes had been played when some careless play by Portugal's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Diogo Alagoano was slow to take the kick. During this time Guararapes's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Guararapes's corner Diogo Alagoano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wilson Amorim quite easily take care of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Portugal players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Guararapes.
