Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a little luck, Scarlet Speedster's Naldo Proença got control of the ball when Balazs Lajos tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 9 minutes of play, Scarlet Speedster's Fausto Mendonça made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fodor Daniel was left in no man's land by his defense there! 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Scarlet Speedster's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fausto Mendonça's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. 24 minutes into the match, Major Barna notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Scarlet Speedster's Naldo Proença. Naldo Proença was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Naldo Proença made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. 31 minutes into the match, Scarlet Speedster's Fausto Mendonça sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Mendonça in the 35th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After having played for 41 minutes, Fausto Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scarlet Speedster's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fausto Mendonça was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Naldo Proença made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. Naldo Proença made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 44th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fausto Mendonça to make the kick off. A throw-in in the 51st minute of the game was made by Bakos Endre with Major Barna as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 53rd minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 59th minute Balazs Lajos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naldo Proença saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Naldo Proença showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Váldson Bittencourt made in the 64th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Fausto Mendonça immediately put the ball in play. In the 65th minute Fausto Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Bakos Endre got a free kick in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Mendonça came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Scarlet Speedster's Naldo Proença played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balazs Lajos in the 82nd minute of play. Naldo Proença took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fausto Mendonça recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Bakos Endre fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hungary's protests and gave Bakos Endre a yellow card for diving instead. After 87 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Bakos Endre. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Mendonça in the 92nd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fausto Mendonça in the 93rd minute. After 96 minutes Scarlet Speedster's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Takacs Tibor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Naldo Proença quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Hungary were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
