Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Thomas Vollmar got the match started through his kick off. Major Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Adam Pacholewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mikolaj Jerzyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takacs Tibor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikolaj Jerzyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Newcastle United's zone, Major Barna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikolaj Jerzyk came out of the goal and Major Barna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 16 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mikolaj Jerzyk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 20 minutes into the match, Newcastle United's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Mikolaj Jerzyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Newcastle United's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Mikolaj Jerzyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mikolaj Jerzyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Thomas Vollmar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. Antal Valentin might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mikolaj Jerzyk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antal Valentin ran back to his position shaking his head. Mikolaj Jerzyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 30th minute of play. Mikolaj Jerzyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takacs Tibor in the 38th minute of play. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 39th minute. Major Barna was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Newcastle United's Mikolaj Jerzyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 40th minute of play. Adam Pacholewskis short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Fodor Daniel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 44 minutes into the match, Newcastle United's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Mikolaj Jerzyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Newcastle United getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Olgierd Wojtowicz hit a great ball. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Thomas Vollmar sent off a good shot on target. After the first half Hungary were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mikolaj Jerzyk came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Hegedus Henrik. But to his dismay, Hegedus Henrik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 59th minute, Olgierd Wojtowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65thth minute of the game Thomas Vollmar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pankracy Malicki in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. The supporters of Hungary booed when Newcastle United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Obuchowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Newcastle United's Mikolaj Jerzyk got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 75th minute by Major Barna got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Adam Pacholewski fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Newcastle United's protests and gave Adam Pacholewski a yellow card for diving instead. Adam Pacholewski kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Major Barna's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mikolaj Jerzyk firmly grabbed it by the left post. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Pacholewski in the 82nd minute of play. In the 88th minute, Thomas Vollmar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fodor Daniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Pankracy Malicki took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fodor Daniel. Hungary's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hungary played a much better game than Newcastle United and deserved their victory. The Newcastle United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
