Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joop Mesmaeckers kicked off to start the match. After having played for 2 minutes, Michael Cuelens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. All Stars Gent's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michael Cuelens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, All Stars Gent's Didier Beekman got a free kick in the 3rd minute. If Christiaan Elsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eser Şemsi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Eser Şemsi made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joop Mesmaeckers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 16 minutes Netherlands's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Christiaan Elsen who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Esterilla Van Meenen heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Wim Wilmes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Eser Şemsi made a huge save. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Joop Mesmaeckers sped through Netherlands's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arnout Reekers. 26 minutes into the match, All Stars Gent's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Eser Şemsi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Eser Şemsi in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eser Şemsi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Meesters in the 38th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gijsbert ter Kruimer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Michael Cuelens recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arnout Reekers. Michael Cuelens showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Eser Şemsi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Meesters in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer to fire away a dangerous shot which Eser Şemsi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 63 minutes into the game, All Stars Gent's Joop Mesmaeckers nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnout Reekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 66th minute, All Stars Gent's Michael Cuelens ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Bas Tuitert hit a great ball. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christiaan Elsen in the 72nd minute of play. Joop Mesmaeckers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Didier Beekman kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Wim Wilmes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eser Şemsi was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Christiaan Elsen sent off a good shot on target. 90 minutes into the match, Egbert Nijveldt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eser Şemsi. All Stars Gent's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Egbert Nijveldt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4.
