Denmark's Simon Bendtsen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Vasilije Sedlak in the 86 minute of the game. Roni Hafner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lars Steen kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. The Denmark supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching HIT Gorica's performance. The match ended with a win for HIT Gorica.
