Soriano Espiñeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takacs Tibor in the 3rd minute of play. In the 14th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boros Benedek to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Gustavo Caicedo. 1-0 became the score in the 18th minute when Isidoro Young elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Takacs Tibor kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Soriano Espiñeira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isidoro Young in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Soriano Espiñeira having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Katona Janos during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Major Barna in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Soriano Espiñeira, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 70 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Gustavo Caicedo came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Soriano Espiñeira came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Takacs Tibor. But to his dismay, Takacs Tibor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 78 minutes Navalito's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Antal Valentin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Navalito's Soriano Espiñeira did a great save. 79 minutes into the match, Hungary's Major Barna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Soriano Espiñeira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Soriano Espiñeira in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nazario Urtubia during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 89th minute, Nazario Urtubia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Soriano Espiñeira was out of position in the 97 minute of play, and Major Barna capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Major Barna really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3.
