A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Daniel Pimentel hit a great ball. Paulão Bezerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. After 22 minutes of play, LOBO 1908's Paulão Bezerra made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chiquinho Aparecido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Pimentel, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Graciano Coutinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Portugal's supporters rose to their feet, but Graciano Coutinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chiquinho Aparecido breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wilson Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulão Bezerra's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 37th minute Paulão Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Viriato Moura hit a great ball. In the 40th minute, Viriato Moura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the match, LOBO 1908's Grisha Mbappè sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Grisha Mbappè might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Grisha Mbappè ran back to his position shaking his head. 43 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Grisha Mbappè. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grisha Mbappè, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Portugal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Grisha Mbappè was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Rodolfo Miranda made in the 62nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Caetano Moreira immediately put the ball in play. Chiquinho Aparecido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute Portugal were awarded a corner. Felipe Barreto went to the cornerflag to take it. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Portugal booed when LOBO 1908 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fergus Forester didn't get a good kick on the ball. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. Chiquinho Aparecido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolomeu Dias in the 74th minute of play. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by LOBO 1908's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Pimentel was slow to take the kick. During this time Portugal's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Portugal's Rodolfo Miranda getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 78th minute of play forced LOBO 1908's goalkeeper Chiquinho Aparecido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Felipinho Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 82nd minute of the match Portugal got a corner. LOBO 1908's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Pimentel ran over to the corner to take the kick. Caetano Moreira made a great header on Portugal's corner, it was just that LOBO 1908's Chiquinho Aparecido managed to reach the ball for a save. Caetano Moreira scored 3-2 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chiquinho Aparecido, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernani Montenegro in the 90th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 94 minutes, Rodolfo Miranda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portugal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodolfo Miranda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fergus Forester kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
