After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Mikail Yerhum managed to get in a good position for a shot. Minuim SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Mikail Yerhum was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Minuim SS's Eduardo Martini got control of the ball when Felipe Barreto tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Caetano Moreira got free with Eduardo Martini in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Viriato Moura's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eduardo Martini was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Viriato Moura put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Eduardo Martini. Faustino Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Martini having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viriato Moura made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Moura in the 55th minute of play forced Minuim SS's goalkeeper Eduardo Martini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Mikail Yerhum notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Portugal's Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mikail Yerhum recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mikail Yerhum might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mikail Yerhum ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Portugal's Wilson Amorim got control of the ball when Mikail Yerhum tried to sneak it across the goal line. Minuim SS's Eduardo Martini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 89th minute of play. After 91 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Portugal! When the match had been going on for 93 minutes, Minuim SS's Mikail Yerhum got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim was a little too slow when Luisão Corrêa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 99th minute. The score was now 2-5. The Portugal supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Minuim SS's performance. The match ended with a win for Minuim SS.
