Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edward Vanderstraeten took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Lu Xing Song came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Pégasus F. C.'s goalkeeper Umberto Cunha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Vanderstraeten. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Umberto Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Lu Xing Song came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Qiao Ang Le in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casper Claes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lu Xing Song in the 23rd minute of play. Umberto Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th play minute Edward Vanderstraeten came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Umberto Cunha. 1-0. Edward Vanderstraeten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Umberto Cunha made a huge save. Belgium's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the game, Pégasus F. C.'s Qiao Ang Le nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Casper Claes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Simon Sabbe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Umberto Cunha made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Pégasus F. C. getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Hílton Albuquerque hit a great ball. When Siebe Michiels came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Belgium fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Siebe Michiels couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edward Vanderstraeten got free with Umberto Cunha in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Umberto Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 54th minute of play. A collision led to Belgium getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Lenny Clocheret hit a great ball. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lu Xing Song in the 57th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten made a precise shot to the right of Umberto Cunha. Pégasus F. C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Pégasus F. C.'s Bebeto Medeiros was substituted for Chupan Mangas. 67 minutes into the game, Edward Vanderstraeten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Umberto Cunha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 70 minutes into the match, Pégasus F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Umberto Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yves Dervaux received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Umberto Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Umberto Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 74th minute of play. After 77 minutes of play, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Umberto Cunha was left in no man's land by his defense there! 85 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Umberto Cunha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 86th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Umberto Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Pégasus F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Yves Dervaux came free, but Umberto Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Edward Vanderstraeten made a precise shot to the right of Umberto Cunha. Pégasus F. C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1.
