Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Frank Peletier kicked off to start the match. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Ferrer in the 4th minute of play. Maxime Durand made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Fulgencio Ferrer sent off a good shot on target. In the 9th minute, Camille Baume hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fulgencio Ferrers short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Maxime Durand to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Emilio Sugoi hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Campeones del Mundo defense, Frank Peletier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Igon. The Campeones del Mundo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Igon should have stopped the shot. Daniel Igon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Peletier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Campeones del Mundo's goal looked a bit too open when Camille Baume came free, but Daniel Igon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Guillermo Gorosti kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maxime Durand. That made the score 1-1 in the 30 minute of play. A collision led to Campeones del Mundo getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Emilio Sugoi hit a great ball. In the 35th match minute, Campeones del Mundo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lindo Trollo to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute, Guillermo Gorosti made a precise shot to the right of Maxime Durand. France's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Fulgencio Ferrer sped through France's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maxime Durand. Daniel Igon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camille Baume, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fulgencio Ferrer made a kick off. Frank Peletier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Gorosti in the 62nd minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Fulgencio Ferrer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Campeones del Mundo's supporters rose to their feet, but Fulgencio Ferrer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maxime Durand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Igon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camille Baume, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, Frank Peletier dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Daniel Igon, 3-3. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillermo Gorosti couldn't finish the play. Maxime Durand came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Campeones del Mundo's Fulgencio Ferrer. But to his dismay, Fulgencio Ferrer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-4. In the 87th match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quentin Beaux to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Ladislao Fraco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Frank Peletier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Campeones del Mundo succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though France had controlled the match.
