Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gernando Azevedo kicked off to start the match. After 5 minutes of play, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Gernando Azevedo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnout Reekers was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 18th minute of the game Kees Mooiweer made a throw-in which Lars Meesters played forward. When Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Gernando Azevedo in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Netherlands's goalie prevented a goal. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gernando Azevedo in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 28th minute of play forced Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ruy Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruy Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Ruy Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruy Montenegro. Ruy Montenegro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 47th minute, Bas Tuitert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gernando Azevedo struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Arnout Reekers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Andes FC - FSCMZ.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gijsbert ter Kruimer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Stefan Stenquist quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Kees Mooiweer, made in the 52nd minute of the game. After some careless play in the Los Andes FC - FSCMZ defense, Wim Wilmes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ruy Montenegro. The Los Andes FC - FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ruy Montenegro should have stopped the shot. In the 59th minute Gernando Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Netherlands defense, Gernando Azevedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnout Reekers. The Netherlands fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnout Reekers should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gernando Azevedo in the 64th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gernando Azevedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnout Reekers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. 80 minutes in the game Kees Mooiweer did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Gijsbert ter Kruimer. After 82 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Lars Meesters. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gernando Azevedo in the 83rd minute of play. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Gernando Azevedo got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Netherlands's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gernando Azevedo took the corner. The corner ended in Arjen Robben almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Netherlands's Arnout Reekers did a great save. Netherlands's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Los Andes FC - FSCMZ had won, even though Netherlands had held more of the ball.
