Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off which started today's match. Gustaaf Groeneveldt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cléber Souza having to make a save. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gijsbert ter Kruimer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Cléber Souza made a huge save. The Maxaranguape - FSCMZ fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Arí Paiva looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. David Eikelkamp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Cléber Souza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After 16 minutes Netherlands's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arí Paiva who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Arí Paiva got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arnout Reekers quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Barreto in the 20th minute of play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cléber Souza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. Eray Çapan thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Cléber Souza, a very annoying self made goal in the 22nd minute which led to 1-1. In the 29th minute Betão de Medeiros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eray Çapan hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cléber Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 33rd minute. A nice corner shot did that David Eikelkamp got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cléber Souza quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Betão de Medeiros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Betão de Medeiros sped through Netherlands's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arnout Reekers. After a defensive mix-up in Netherlands's zone, Arí Paiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal and Arí Paiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Cléber Souza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arí Paiva to strike the kick off in the second half. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cléber Souza having to interfere. Cléber Souza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After having played for 63 minutes, Lars Meesters managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lars Meesters was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Betão de Medeiros in the 67th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Betão de Medeiros came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mathijn Doctor kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Betão de Medeiros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. Cléber Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 77th minute of play. Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Cléber Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 80th minute of play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cléber Souza having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cléber Souza. Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gijsbert ter Kruimer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. If Betão de Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cléber Souza having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
