In the 9th minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Armani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Armani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 15th minute by Juan Pablo Angel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 20 minutes into the match, Adrogue FC's Marcelo Gallardo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Marcelo Gallardo made a precise shot to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Szekeres Tamas got a free kick in the 29th minute. If Marcelo Gallardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 31 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Szekeres Tamas. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Gallardo in the 32nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Marcelo Gallardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Marcelo Gallardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Adrogue FC's Marcelo Gallardo. But to his dismay, Marcelo Gallardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 45 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juan Pablo Angel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 47th minute of play forced Adrogue FC's goalkeeper Franco Armani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 51st minute, 高文乐 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Franco Armani in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Franco Armani made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Major Barna sent off a good shot on target. Marcelo Gallardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. After 67 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Balazs Lajos. Juan Pablo Angel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Franco Armani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 75th minute. In the 79th minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Armani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Adrogue FC's Marcelo Gallardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fodor Daniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 94th minute, Laureano Vergaray left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Adrogue FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Adrogue FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Hungary for much of the match.
