Yngve Sandström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. Einar Larsfelt's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Einar Larsfelt helped the player get up and apologised. When Kent Odén fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pajala Sunrise's protests and gave Kent Odén a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Pajala Sunrise getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Kent Odén hit a great ball. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Yngve Sandström tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 24 minutes of play, Pajala Sunrise's Gýmir Gryc made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fodor Daniel was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 27th match minute, Pajala Sunrise was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yngve Sandström to maneuver through the defense. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Daniel Hök didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. In the 30th minute, Gýmir Gryc got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 33rd minute, Antal Valentin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl-Oskar Högman hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Pajala Sunrise's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Daniel Hök reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boros Benedek to maneuver through the defense. 40 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gnýr Gnaust. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Major Barna in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Hök saved Pajala Sunrise from getting behind. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Yngve Sandström made the kick off in the second half. Daniel Hök showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takacs Tibor, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Pajala Sunrise's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Daniel Hök reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Hungary's Daniel Hök threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Major Barna, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 61 played minutes Pajala Sunrise got a freekick which was hit by Einar Larsfelt. Pajala Sunrise's Arne Tingelholm was substituted for Gýmir Gryc. A collision led to Pajala Sunrise getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Einar Larsfelt hit a great ball. In the 72nd match minute, Pajala Sunrise was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Tingelholm to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Hök showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takacs Tibor, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute.
