Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Rio Pardo MZC's zone, Gijsbert ter Kruimer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Guilherme Aparecido came out of the goal and Gijsbert ter Kruimer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 5th minute, Rio Pardo MZC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Luís Guilherme Aparecido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Luís Guilherme Aparecido made a huge save. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Guilherme Aparecido having to interfere. Luís Guilherme Aparecido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 12th minute of play. Rio Pardo MZC's Luís Guilherme Aparecido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Rio Pardo MZC from getting a goal against them. Gijsbert ter Kruimer did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Luís Guilherme Aparecido 19 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Guilherme Aparecido prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 28th minute, Victor Berti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rio Pardo MZC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luís Guilherme Aparecido breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Luís Guilherme Aparecido in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enéas Lago in the 38th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wim Wilmes got free with Luís Guilherme Aparecido in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 45 minutes into the game, Lars Meesters cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Luís Guilherme Aparecido was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

David Eikelkamp took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luís Guilherme Aparecido. Luís Guilherme Aparecido dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rio Pardo MZC's goalkeeper Luís Guilherme Aparecido, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 62nd minute of play forced Rio Pardo MZC's goalkeeper Luís Guilherme Aparecido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. Luís Guilherme Aparecido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute Enéas Lago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 85 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Wim Wilmes. A well placed Enéas Lago short distance shot in the 86th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. 92 minutes into the match, Rio Pardo MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Luís Guilherme Aparecido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
