Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Batista, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from József Albert in the 17th minute of the match. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Batista, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 31st match minute, Cremonese FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredão Cosme to maneuver through the defense. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vavrinec Holub made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dida Tróia in the 36th minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Marcus Batista cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Vavrinec Holub was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

In the 51st match minute, Czech Republic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalimil Charvat to maneuver through the defense. In the 52nd minute of the match Marcus Batista shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vavrinec Holub showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 53 minutes into the game, Daniel Vitek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Czech Republic's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cremonese FC the free kick. Dida Tróia hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute, Daniel Vitek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cléber Valle in the 58th minute of the match. If József Albert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Cremonese FC's zone, Denis Dostal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dráusio Ortiz came out of the goal and Denis Dostal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cremonese FC's Valdo Ramalho was substituted for József Albert. Alan Rezek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dráusio Ortiz having to interfere. In the 76th match minute, Czech Republic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Svatopluk Capek to maneuver through the defense. If Valdo Ramalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Bohumir Kohout hit a great ball. Dida Tróia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Marcus Batista notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Czech Republic from getting a goal against them. When Erik Jilek fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Czech Republic's protests and gave Erik Jilek a yellow card for diving instead. After 88 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Erik Jilek. Valdo Ramalho took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Vavrinec Holub was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alfredão Cosme showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 94 minute of play.
