Chris Nygaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dráusio Ortiz having to interfere. Cristóvão de Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Chris Nygaard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Dráusio Ortiz made a huge save. Dida Tróia hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Dráusio Ortiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Cremonese FC booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Bendtsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denmark were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cremonese FC for a fine match.
