Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Paranhos Ariranha FC booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Schiele didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Abel Maia sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Germany's Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move. After 10 played minutes Carlinhos Schmidt rounded Germany's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Gaspar Gilesindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 15th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlinhos Schmidt went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlinhos Schmidt in the 20th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Carlinhos Schmidt came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute of the match Paranhos Ariranha FC got a corner. Germany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Abel Maia ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Cristóvão Mattos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tommy Kahn quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 24th minute, Cristóvão Mattos fired away a shot that was totally unreachable for Tommy Kahn. The ball ended up just outside the left post, and Paranhos Ariranha FC's manager could be seen angrily pacing the sidelines. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristóvão Mattos in the 26th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Germany's Albin Holweck got a free kick in the 28th minute. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Cristóvão Mattos sent off a good shot on target. Tommy Kahn was a little too slow when Cristóvão Mattos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 3-0. After recieving a nice pass, Paranhos Ariranha FC's Abel Maia tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Gaspar Gilesindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. When Malte Schiele fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Malte Schiele a yellow card for diving instead. After 42 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Malte Schiele. In the 43rd minute, Paranhos Ariranha FC's Cristóvão Mattos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. In the 46th match minute, Paranhos Ariranha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Poças to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristóvão Mattos was the one to do the kick off. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristóvão Mattos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlinhos Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristóvão Mattos in the 56th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Cristóvão Mattos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristóvão Mattos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute Cristóvão Mattos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ulrich Stein hit a great ball. After 81 minutes of play, Paranhos Ariranha FC's Cristóvão Mattos made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paranhos Ariranha FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Frank Sachs scored to the left of an out of position Gaspar Gilesindo, making the score, 5-1. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Francisco Fontes in the 88th minute of play. When Paranhos Ariranha FC's Cristóvão Mattos in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. When the referee ended the match the Paranhos Ariranha FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
