Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) FFC Merainies 03's Łukasz Zwolinski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fabio Botello kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind FFC Merainies 03's goalkeeper Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FFC Merainies 03's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fabio Botello in the 12th minute. Kevin Tevreden hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 16th minute of play. Leon Craandijk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. The supporters of Netherlands booed when FFC Merainies 03 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrick Josselin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathijn Doctor to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute of the match, Łukasz Zwolinski got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arnout Reekers was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 38th minute of play forced FFC Merainies 03's goalkeeper Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ksawery Gongola in the 43rd minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gijsbert ter Kruimer to make the kick off. Wim Wilmes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Łukasz Zwolinski in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute of the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 65 minutes into the match, FFC Merainies 03's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 68th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu saved FFC Merainies 03 from getting behind. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Craandijk in the 74th minute of play. Wim Wilmes came free with the goalkeeper in the 78th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu could save by the left post. In the 79th minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Gijsbert ter Kruimer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu did a great save. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Bas Tuitert hit a great ball. In the 88th minute, Łukasz Zwolinski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FFC Merainies 03 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Łukasz Zwolinski in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnout Reekers saved Netherlands from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FFC Merainies 03 had won after a very even match.
