After having played for 21 minutes, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Major Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Mauro Boselli kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fodor Daniel. That made the score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Shuspendemo's Lucas Rivas got a free kick in the 27th minute. Ismael Vellito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lucas Rivas who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Shuspendemo's corner Mauro Boselli fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fodor Daniel quite easily take care of the ball. In the 44th minute, Hungary's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mauro Boselli fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Réda Kolb was the one to do the kick off. Ismael Vellito made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Major Barna sent off a good shot on target. Shuspendemo made a substitution. Amado Laurin replaced Silverio Francho. In the 60th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Shuspendemo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hungary's Takacs Tibor was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ismael Vellito in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Amado Laurin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Shuspendemo's Venancio Kepa was substituted for Réda Kolb. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Shuspendemo's Mauro Boselli. But to his dismay, Mauro Boselli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Mauro Boselli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Antal Valentin could shoot a difficult shot in the 73rd minute, which Ismael Vellito however easily saved by the left post. In the 79th minute, Mauro Boselli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Shuspendemo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 81st minute, Séamus Babasidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Vellito having to interfere. Shuspendemo's attentive Gaspar Ihazintu managed to snatch the ball when Bakos Endre made a throw-in in the 84th minute of the game. After 86 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lucas Rivas who took care of the corner kick. Lucas Rivas made a great header on Shuspendemo's corner, it was just that Hungary's Fodor Daniel managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 89th minute Mauro Boselli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute of the match Gaspar Ihazintu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fodor Daniel skillfully saved the ball. In the 91st match minute, Shuspendemo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Boselli to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Boselli in the 95th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Shuspendemo were victorious despite being under pressure from Hungary for much of the match.
