Major Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Donato Souza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 12th minute. Renascer were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Hungary's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rômulo Abraão took the corner. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Souza having to interfere. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gong Yi Feng in the 24th minute of the match. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Carvalho's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Carvalho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. After 44 minutes of play, Hungary's Major Barna made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Donato Souza was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Vinícius de Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Donato Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 53rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Balazs Lajos in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Donato Souza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 minutes, Mathias Dantas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Renascer and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 61 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Boros Benedek. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Edmundo Carvalho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Renascer's Donato Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hegedus Henrik in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Guilherme Loureiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Donato Souza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horácio Maciel in the 84th minute of play. Donato Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 85th minute of the match. When Szekeres Tamas fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hungary's protests and gave Szekeres Tamas a yellow card for diving instead. Fodor Daniel had in the 89thth minute some difficulties stopping Edmundo Carvalho's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball 89 minutes into the game, Edmundo Carvalho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Fodor Daniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
