A hard shot by Erik Jilek from long distance, 5 minutes into the match, got Luca Iosif's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 8 minutes into the match, Alan Rezek notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FERRARI's Luca Iosif. Luca Iosif was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Czech Republic's zone, Narcis Dinu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vavrinec Holub came out of the goal and Narcis Dinu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 13th minute Stasio Makomaski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Stasio Makomaski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FERRARI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Luca Iosif made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alan Rezek in the 17th minute. If Eusebiu Pop had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erik Jilek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Luca Iosif made a huge save. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stasio Makomaski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kvetoslav Janku hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Narcis Dinu came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Erik Jilek got a free kick in the 37th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remus Cernea during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 38th minute, Remus Cernea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 39 minutes, Alan Rezek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Czech Republic's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alan Rezek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Narcis Dinu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Alan Rezek fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Czech Republic's protests and gave Alan Rezek a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FERRARI booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Rezek didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 70 played minutes FERRARI got a freekick which was hit by Eusebiu Pop. In the 72nd minute Denis Dostal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luca Iosif saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narcis Dinu in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vavrinec Holub prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Denis Dostal during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Narcis Dinus short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Vavrinec Holub to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Luca Iosif showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Jilek, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Narcis Dinu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Vavrinec Holub when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 90th minute Erik Jilek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luca Iosif saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FERRARI eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
