Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Oktay Eğriöz made the kick off which started today's match. Máximo Portero came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt. But to his dismay, Gustaaf Groeneveldt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Máximo Portero having to interfere. Máximo Portero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Wim Wilmes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Máximo Portero was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 25th minute of play forced Paso FC's goalkeeper Máximo Portero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Paso FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. The corner ended in Wim Wilmes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Paso FC's Máximo Portero did a great save. The crowd rose to their feet as Paso FC's Ata Cante slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arnout Reekers. That made the score 1-2 after 28 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Gust Ennemans got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 36 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oktay Eğriöz. Arnout Reekers was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Oktay Eğriöz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 39 minute of play. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oktay Eğriöz in the 45th minute. After 46 minutes Netherlands's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Guillermo Ubelteso who took care of the corner kick. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gijsbert ter Kruimer to strike the kick off in the second half. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ata Cante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 53 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by David Eikelkamp. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Oktay Eğriöz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paso FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Oktay Eğriöz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnout Reekers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paso FC's Teo Cresitobalo got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Máximo Portero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oktay Eğriöz in the 65th minute of play. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Máximo Portero in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 90 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Kees Mooiweer. The supporters of Paso FC booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kees Mooiweer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oktay Eğriöz in the 93rd minute of play.
