Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After 8 minutes, Elano Cunha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the S.C. Reis United and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. Elano Cunha hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. When Joel Reis fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.C. Reis United's protests and gave Joel Reis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th minute Mikkel Wulff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Paulo Urbano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Chris Nygaard left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Denmark fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Amadeu Negri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel Reis hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the game, Rodriguinho Reis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.C. Reis United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Denmark the free kick. In the 34th match minute, S.C. Reis United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodriguinho Reis to maneuver through the defense. Mathias Ludvigsen hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Rodriguinho Reis scored 1-1 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Keld Paulsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Fabinho Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodriguinho Reis made a kick off. Paulo Renato Trevisan kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Chris Nygaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Denmark's attentive Lars Steen managed to snatch the ball when Paulo Renato Trevisan made a throw-in in the 60th minute of the game. S.C. Reis United's João Paulo Urbano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 60th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, S.C. Reis United's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but João Paulo Urbano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chris Nygaard had several of the S.C. Reis United's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 66 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed João Paulo Urbano as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 70th minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Paulo Urbano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 74 played minutes S.C. Reis United got a freekick which was hit by Rodriguinho Reis. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Chris Nygaard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Chris Nygaard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Paulo Urbano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paulo Renato Trevisan's late challenge caught a Denmark's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulo Renato Trevisan helped the player get up and apologised. João Paulo Urbano was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Chris Nygaard capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Chris Nygaard really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in S.C. Reis United's zone, Mikkel Wulff stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Paulo Urbano came out of the goal and Mikkel Wulff tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of S.C. Reis United booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertram Svenningsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Rodriguinho Reis came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodriguinho Reis in the 95th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denmark's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
