Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Frank Sachs got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Nazil Mürsel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EdirneSpor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Germany the free kick. Czeslaw Borcz charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Czeslaw Borcz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to EdirneSpor getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Czeslaw Borcz hit a great ball. In the 8th match minute, EdirneSpor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adriano Silva to maneuver through the defense. After 11 minutes, Janik Vogt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the EdirneSpor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Janik Vogt kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Ali Asım Akar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Germany's Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move. Sari Kanarya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 13th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Nazil Mürsel came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 30 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sari Kanarya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 36th minute of play. Melih Ongar made in the 41st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Nazil Mürsel. A throw-in in the 44th minute of the game was made by Melih Ongar with Nazil Mürsel as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. kaya Bal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. kaya Bal was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, EdirneSpor's Melih Ongar got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 61st match minute, EdirneSpor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adriano Silva to maneuver through the defense. Janik Vogt kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. After 72 minutes of play, EdirneSpor's Nazil Mürsel made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! 80 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nazil Mürsel. Tommy Kahn was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Nazil Mürsel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nazil Mürsel really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Ali Asım Akar kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Frank Sachs fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Frank Sachs a yellow card for diving instead. 86 minutes into the game, Melih Ongar threw the ball into play from the sideline. Germany's Adrian Dreifuss quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 91st minute, Albin Holweck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of EdirneSpor booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Schiele didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Germany manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing EdirneSpor to win.
