Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Ali Karimi made the kick off and thus started the match. When Rostam Mansourian fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Red Army's protests and gave Rostam Mansourian a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th minute, Arya Javaheri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 9 minutes into the match, Red Army's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Holweck came free, but Nils Elmhuus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ali Reza Abdi got free with Tommy Kahn in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Red Army booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Dreifuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Ali Reza Abdi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Germany's Adrian Dreifuss got a free kick in the 14th minute. When Arya Javaheri fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Red Army's protests and gave Arya Javaheri a yellow card for diving instead. After 15 played minutes Red Army got a freekick which was hit by Arya Javaheri. In the 20th minute Red Army were awarded a corner. Mahbod Nikbakht-Vahedi went to the cornerflag to take it. Malte Schiele's late challenge caught a Red Army's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Malte Schiele helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Germany's Malte Schiele got a free kick in the 21st minute. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ali Karimi in the 24th minute. Nils Elmhuus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Ali Karimi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Germany's Albin Holweck managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Arya Javaheri in the 28 minute of the game. When Ali Reza Abdi came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Red Army fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Reza Abdi couldn't finish the play. Rostam Mansourian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Ali Karimi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 1-0 in the 39 minute of play. Ali Reza Abdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. A collision led to Red Army getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Mehrab Rohani hit a great ball. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils Elmhuus having to interfere. Ali Karimi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Sachs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 59 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mahbod Nikbakht-Vahedi who took care of the corner kick. Chris Mergenthaler thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Tommy Kahn, a very annoying self made goal in the 59th minute which led to 2-0. In the 63rd match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Dreifuss to maneuver through the defense. The Red Army fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Red Army's Ali Karimi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 71st minute, Ali Reza Abdi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Red Army fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The throw-in from Mehrab Rohani in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Germany's Linus Schwerner. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sven Krakouer charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sven Krakouer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Red Army booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Krakouer didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Red Army fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Red Army's Ali Karimi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Reza Abdi in the 86th minute of the match. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Soheil Mahdavikia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Karimi, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Germany fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 93rd minute. Penalty! Tommy Kahn had in the 95thth minute some difficulties stopping Ali Karimi's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. There was no doubt that Red Army were the better team. Red Army's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
