Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bogdan Fikus kicked off to start the match. Redha Elin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Egbert Nijveldt got a free kick in the 10th minute. Kees Mooiweer kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, RS Wikowyje's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Meesters came free, but Redha Elin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. RS Wikowyje's Redha Elin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 27th minute of play forced RS Wikowyje's goalkeeper Redha Elin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute of the game, Gijsbert ter Kruimer landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Netherlands made a substitution. Bart Zomerhuis replaced Gijsbert ter Kruimer. The supporters of Netherlands booed when RS Wikowyje was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patryk Grocholski didn't get a good kick on the ball. RS Wikowyje's Redha Elin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save RS Wikowyje from getting a goal against them. Redha Elin didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 35th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Lars Meesters blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Redha Elin having to make a save. 40 minutes into the match, RS Wikowyje's goal looked a bit too open when Bart Zomerhuis came free, but Redha Elin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lars Meesters in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Redha Elin saved RS Wikowyje from getting behind. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. After 57 minutes Netherlands's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Artur Brzakala who took care of the corner kick. In the 65th minute, Wasyl Cwojdak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute, Bart Zomerhuis made a precise shot to the right of Redha Elin. RS Wikowyje's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After having played for 71 minutes, Wim Wilmes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wim Wilmes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute Bogdan Fikus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Redha Elin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 78th minute of play. Redha Elin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bart Zomerhuis in the 82nd minute of the match. Wasyl Cwojdak kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Redha Elin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bart Zomerhuis in the 90th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Redha Elin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bart Zomerhuis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Redha Elin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Netherlands's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
