After 7 minutes of play, Germany's Frank Sachs made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 杜南博 was left in no man's land by his defense there! 俞延昂's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 10thth minute, Tommy Kahn skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 俞辰悦 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tommy Kahn came out and tried to block the shot, but 俞辰悦 slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 24th minute. When Germany's Frank Sachs in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 青岛中不能队's goalie prevented a goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when 俞延昂 sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 杜南博 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 52nd minute, 叶永然 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 杜南博 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 60th minute of the match. 温磊泉 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willy Stieler to maneuver through the defense. 武骏彬 kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Frank Sachs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 莫常骋 kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Germany's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
