Spectators: 51 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Zaccheo Andolina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tao Xi having to interfere. Zaccheo Andolina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Tao Xi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alican İçten might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavio Vittori. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alican İçten ran back to his position shaking his head. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alican İçten in the 7th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the game, Rosario Moyer threw the ball into play from the sideline. Italy's Zena Busacca quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 14 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tao Xi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Camille Trudeau's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavio Vittori read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Flames FC's Alican İçten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Vittori narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Italy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. David Berkowitz was slow to take the kick. During this time Flames FC's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Diego Lopes managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alican İçten in the 35th minute of play. Italy's Flavio Vittori proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Italy from getting a goal against them. If Alican İçten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Flavio Vittori made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Alican İçten sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sigfrido Auletta in the 41st minute of play forced Flames FC's goalkeeper Tao Xi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd match minute, Flames FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosario Moyer to maneuver through the defense. Szczepan Rydz charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Szczepan Rydz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siricio Liotta in the 45th minute of play forced Flames FC's goalkeeper Tao Xi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zaccheo Andolina was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Italy got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Cutri. Alican İçten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavio Vittori read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Lopes, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. David Berkowitz hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Flames FC's Miguel Campos was substituted for Arturo Di Girolamo. Flames FC's Amat Mata was substituted for Christian Pimenta. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Lopes in the 74th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zaccheo Andolina got free with Tao Xi in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Zaccheo Andolina came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Italy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zaccheo Andolina couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the match, Flames FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Tao Xi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Campos in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavio Vittori prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sigfrido Auletta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tao Xi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Italy's Sansone Vanella was substituted for Gianpaolo Mascari. After 92 played minutes Flames FC got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Campos. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Italy players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
