Elivélton Ferraz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. The supporters of Anderbye FC booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willy Stieler didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ander Bye saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anderbye FC's Lince Negro was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 17th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When Anderbye FC's Lince Negro in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Anderbye FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Luís Fernando Vianna hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ander Bye breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Elivélton Ferraz sent off a good shot on target. Ander Bye took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lince Negro in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lince Negro made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Germany's Janik Vogt got a free kick in the 57th minute. Anderbye FC's Ander Bye proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Anderbye FC from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albin Holweck during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Holweck to maneuver through the defense. After 65 played minutes, Anderbye FC's Gilmar Pires shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tommy Kahn came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Anderbye FC reached it. Ander Bye made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anderbye FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
