Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thalis Papazisis in the 8th minute of the match. Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 10thth minute, Horacio Jesus Carvallo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ni Zhen Feng in the 11th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Horacio Jesus Carvallo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 20thth minute of the game Lars Meesters who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Baez FC's Horacio Jesus Carvallo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ni Zhen Feng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wim Wilmes got free with Horacio Jesus Carvallo in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th match minute, Baez FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruperto Ralondo to maneuver through the defense.

52 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ni Zhen Feng. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Zárate in the 55th minute of play. Horacio Jesus Carvallo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 59th minute of play. Horacio Jesus Carvallo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ni Zhen Feng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 74th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Jesus Carvallo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Danilo Zárate sent off a good shot on target. After 80 minutes, Bas Tuitert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Netherlands and the Baez FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruperto Ralondo in the 81st minute. Horacio Jesus Carvallo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 83rd minute of the match. The Baez FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Baez FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
