Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eusebio Hori kicked off to start the match. Andres Ekhi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Olisadebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After 11 minutes of play, Ricart Futebol Clube's Eusebio Hori made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casper Claes was left in no man's land by his defense there! 15 minutes into the match, Ricart Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Andres Ekhi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Vanderstraeten. Edward Vanderstraeten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Casper Claes came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ricart Futebol Clube's Eusebio Hori. But to his dismay, Eusebio Hori quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Hori in the 31st minute of play. Ricart Futebol Clube's Eusebio Hori got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 37 minutes of play, Ricart Futebol Clube's Eusebio Hori made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casper Claes was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Edward Vanderstraeten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Andres Ekhi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yves Dervaux showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 47 minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Lenny Clocheret hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 62nd minute by Eusebio Hori got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 64 minutes into the match, Ricart Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Andres Ekhi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricart Futebol Clube's Andres Ekhi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 67th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Hori came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Reinaldo Palmeira in the 75th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Belgium's Laurens Vandamme. Andres Ekhi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edward Vanderstraeten's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Hori in the 78th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Belgium's Guillaume Bonte got a free kick in the 84th minute. Reinaldo Palmeira made in the 89th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Belgium's Guillaume Bonte. In the 90thth minute of the game Abel Ramalho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Belgium's Casper Claes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edward Vanderstraeten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Ricart Futebol Clube supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ricart Futebol Clube would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
