In the 16th minute, Marco Erauso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rio Verde F.C CIMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 20 played minutes Rio Verde F.C CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Siqueira. Kauan Furlan kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amauri Félix narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After taking down the ball on Italy's corner Eliseo Cutri fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Amauri Félix quite easily take care of the ball. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Amauri Félix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 26th minute of play. After 29 minutes Italy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Israel Vidal who took care of the corner kick. Marco Erauso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavio Vittori having to make a save. Italy's Eliseo Cutri quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Thiago Neves, made in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 34th minute Marco Erauso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseo Cutri kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 46th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amauri Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After 55 played minutes Rio Verde F.C CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Israel Vidal. In the 57th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amauri Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amauri Félix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siricio Liotta in the 62nd minute of play. In the 65th match minute, Italy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Cutri to maneuver through the defense. If Marco Erauso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amauri Félix stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zaccheo Andolina's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. When Italy's Zaccheo Andolina in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalie prevented a goal. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Birol Celilay was substituted for Marcos Siqueira. The throw-in from Thiago Neves in the 80th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Italy's Eliseo Cutri. Birol Celilay hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. Italy made a substitution. Adriano Curto replaced Zaccheo Andolina. In the 81st minute, Birol Celilay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adriano Curto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Amauri Félix made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Erauso in the 84th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Cutri kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Porziano Marchitelli came free with the goalkeeper in the 95th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Amauri Félix could save by the left post. Despite being the better team, Italy failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
