After 6 played minutes Lucca F.C got a freekick which was hit by Lauro Gaúcho. Frank Sachs took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tarcisio Mattos. Tarcisio Mattos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Rudy Letsch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albin Holweck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Tarcisio Mattos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Janik Vogt kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Adelino Domingues came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 33 minutes, Adelino Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lucca F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adelino Domingues was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Lucca F.C fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Lucca F.C's Adelino Domingues looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Sachs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tarcisio Mattos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Sachs in the 55th minute. Albin Holweck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Faustão Cosme's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Faustão Cosme helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th match minute, Lucca F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustão Cosme to maneuver through the defense. Alessandro Cardoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Faustão Cosme hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tarcisio Mattos having to interfere. A collision led to Lucca F.C getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Lauro Gaúcho hit a great ball. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adelino Domingues went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Adelino Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lucca F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Adelino Domingues was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adelino Domingues went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Cardoso in the 96th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Lucca F.C had won after a very even match.
