Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zaccheo Andolina kicked off to start the match. Zaccheo Andolina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Eufrasio Vall made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frederico Barros in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavio Vittori saved Italy from getting behind. Mariolo's Eufrasio Vall proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Mariolo from getting a goal against them. Mariolo's Eufrasio Vall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 22nd minute of play. Zaccheo Andolina's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Eufrasio Vall skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 26th minute Italy were awarded a corner. Sigfrido Auletta went to the cornerflag to take it. Eufrasio Vall made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Zaccheo Andolina sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Italy's Sigfrido Auletta slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eufrasio Vall. That made the score 1-0 after 30 minutes of play. 33 minutes into the match, Mariolo's goalkeeper Eufrasio Vall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zaccheo Andolina. 39 minutes into the match, Mariolo's Umea Loza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Vittori narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frederico Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute Umea Loza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Sigfrido Auletta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frederico Barros made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Witold Pietras got free with Flavio Vittori in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Mariolo getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Edgar Iordănescu hit a great ball. Mariolo made a substitution. Eulalio Cristofol replaced Benedito Camargo. The supporters of Italy booed when Mariolo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Iordănescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eufrasio Vall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Porziano Marchitelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sigfrido Auletta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 63rd minute of play forced Mariolo's goalkeeper Eufrasio Vall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute of the match Italy got a corner. Mariolo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sigfrido Auletta ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 66th minute Eulalio Cristofol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 67th minute of play forced Mariolo's goalkeeper Eufrasio Vall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zaccheo Andolina in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eufrasio Vall prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Porziano Marchitelli sped through Mariolo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eufrasio Vall. After having played for 84 minutes, Zaccheo Andolina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Italy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zaccheo Andolina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. Italy made a substitution. Sansone Vanella replaced Gianpaolo Mascari. Eufrasio Vall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guiscardo Davide in the 88th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Mariolo's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Curto came free, but Eufrasio Vall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Adriano Curto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Italy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Italy walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
