Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Paulino Galo started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Piara Gerli made a precise shot to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Paulino Galo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulino Galo, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Piara Gerli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnout Reekers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulino Galo's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. In the 23rd minute, Gust Ennemans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 24 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Galo came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonides Vela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wim Wilmes came free with the goalkeeper in the 33rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aquiles Ellande could save by the left post. In the 39th minute Piara Gerli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aquiles Ellande made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wim Wilmes in the 40th minute. Netherlands's David Eikelkamp was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 41st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 45th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Ellande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Egoitz kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aquiles Ellande firmly grabbed it by the left post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gijsbert ter Kruimer to make the kick off. Aquiles Ellande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 51st minute of the match. Aquiles Ellande didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Alonzo Gartxot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute David Eikelkamp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Ellande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Galo in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, VAMO ARRIBA's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Aquiles Ellande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egbert Nijveldt to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulino Galo in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnout Reekers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75th minute, Leonides Vela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after VAMO ARRIBA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. After a rather tough play, VAMO ARRIBA's Rene Egoitz got a free kick in the 81st minute. Aquiles Ellande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aquiles Ellande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 88th minute of play. After a rather tough play, VAMO ARRIBA's Rene Egoitz got a free kick in the 90th minute. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulino Galo, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
